Description
These series of synthetic Oil-Injection rotary (screw) air compressor oils are formulated with high-quality high-efficiency synthetic base oils and special lubricant additives including antirust, antiwear and antioxidation additives, which can provide longer service period and effective lubrication protection for screw air compressors working under high temperature and harsh working conditions.
There are model No. 15, 22,32,46,68 and 100 classifed according to 40ºC kinematic viscosity

Excellent oxidation stability, good resistance to foams, ensuring the  normal cycle of lubricating oils in the compressors
Good water seperation property, effectively inhibiting oil emulsion
Good antiwear performance, lowering the abrasion wear for rotors, bearings and gears
Good antirust performance, improving the protection ability for the product pairs, and reducing the corrosion and wear failure

Attentions
According to the equipment lubricant regulations, choose the suitable quality level and viscosity level of the oil products; choose the special-purpose storage containers. The requirements for the storage and transportation process must be waterproof, moisture-proof and preventing mechanical impurities being mixed. Keep the oil tank clean when using, oil tank and oil circuit should be cleaned when changing oil in order to prevent foreign matter pollution. Prevent mixing with other oil products. Different types of hydraulic oils should not be mixed.
